Home Screen Printing Going Green? Eco-Friendly Inks

QCM: "The greenest ink company on the planet."

We're always looking for ways that we can be more green, so over the past several months we have been trying out different "eco-inks".
Standard plastisol screen printing inks contain phthalates and PVC. These substances are increasingly considered to be harmful to the environment. Regular water based inks have always been greener, but they have no opacity and work more like fabric dyes than plastisols.

QCM recently introduced the RB series to the market, a brand new kind of green screen printing ink. The end product looks and feels like regular plastisol.

" RB Textile Inks are Rubber based, water borne PVC free inks that simulate Plastisol inks in hand and opacity. . . These Inks are PVC Free and meet or exceed all California standards (certifiable)." -QCM

We like this ink so much that we've decided to add it to our ink library and offer it to our customers.

Pricing and color selection on these Eco-Friendly prints is slightly different, so please make sure you refer to the correct information when planning your order. Printed samples are available upon request.
