Imprint Area

Please specify print locations and exact image dimensions when placing your order and/or submitting your artwork. Refer to the garment print location guidelines in the screen printing section of our site. Specific imprint area will be left to our discretion unless otherwise specified on written order.

Customer Provided Merchandise

CVL Ink will not be responsible for dye migration or other printing problems due to the nature or quality of customer supplied merchandise. We will not be responsible for any damaged goods we receive. Please count garments before shipping them to us.

Garment and Print Samples

GARMENT SAMPLES:
We carry a variety of blank and printed garment samples in our showroom. Feel free to stop in or contact us to verify if we have the garment you are planning to decorate in our showroom. If not we can order that sample in for you. Simply let us know which products you would like samples of along with the date you plan to purchase. All sample garment orders are billed at first tier pricing and pre-paid in full but will be credited towards your invoice at the time you place the order. If a drop ship is necessary $10.00 fee may be applied by manufacturer. Allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery.

PRINT SAMPLES:
Printed samples are taken and treated as a normal order that will be billed at first tier pricing and pre-paid in full but will be credited towards your invoice at the time you place the order. Min $50.00 (If order is less than $50.00 then will be held as a credit on your account.
*Any changes or adjustments that require additional art or setups will be charged to final invoice.

Shipping

We ship using UPS. You will be charged actual shipping plus $1.50 handling charge for each box. Because the weight of a printed order is different than before it is printed, there is no accurate way to determine actual shipping cost ahead of time. We can however provide you with a shipping estimate. Please contact us for a quote at 1-866-610-2245. All orders are prepaid with Credit Card, Check, or Money Order. Shipping and occasional over and under runs will then be charged F.O.B shipping point and will be applied to your final invoice. CVL Ink is not responsible for merchandise once it has been shipped.

Over and Under Runs

Although CVL's print defect rate (<1%) is significantly below the industry standard (about 10%), defective prints and/or garments can slow down the production of your order, especially if garments need to be ordered.
If you are providing your own garments, we recommend that you provide atleat one extra garment of each color/size/style in order to ensure timely turnaround of your order.

If you are paying via one of these alternative methods please call 1-866-610-2245. Please note that there is up to a 5 day grace period for checks to clear before production can begin.

Return Check Fee: $40.00

Cancellations

Charges for all orders are authorized when the orders are placed.

It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of all productions times. If you have questions regarding an in hand date, please contact customer service prior to placing your order at 1-866-610-2245.

A 5% Cancellation fee on credit card orders and 2.5% fee on physical check orders will apply for the following:

- If the customer does not agree to pay for rush charges to meet the in hand date or if rush charges are not available.
- If the customer changes their mind due to personal preference.
- If the customer presents a lower advertised price by a competitor and does not allow CVL Ink to price match.

Cancellation fee will not apply for the following:

- If an item is out of stock

- If a erroneus or an incomplete proof was provided

- If a certain product option is unavailable but was advertised

- If the production time is not as advertised

Returns

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We work hard to make your ordering experience easy and enjoyable. If there was a problem with your order due to direct fault of CVL Ink, we will resolve the issue promptly. A Return Merchandise Authorization must be obtained within 7 days of receipt. WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS.

Minimum Order Quantities

All screen printing orders (including re orders) must consist of at least six (6) pieces per set up or color change. Non-screen printing alternatives are available for orders of less than six pieces - please contact us for details.

Turnaround Time

Standard screen printing production time is guaranteed within seven (7) business days beginning at art approval. 50% of our screen printing jobs are completed within 3 business days. 90% of our screen printing jobs are completed within five business days. If a guaranteed turnaround less than seven days is required, the customer can pay to have the order rushed.

Rush production is usually available - please contact CVL to confirm any rush turnaround times.
The rush production fee is calculated at 10% per day rushed.
For example, to guarantee completion of a $500 order in 5 business days (2 days rushed) you would pay a twenty per cent rush fee of $100.

Deposit

We only require 50% payment of your invoiced total to get started. The remaining balance is due anytime before we release your finished order to you. Upon receipt of your deposit we will begin art preparation and after art approval we can begin production and start the clock on turnaround time.

Ordering

For the sake of accuracy telephone orders cannot be officially accepted. A written or emailed order confirmation and art approval form is necessary for us to ensure a correctly fulfilled order. CVL Ink cannot accept responsibility for order discrepancies such as incorrect garment sizes, ink colors, placements, shipping details, etc. without written instructions and a signed purchase order.Â
